We are continuing to grow, and we owe it all to you – our customers and biggest fans! We humbly thank you for the opportunity to continually serve you and this amazing Western Pennsylvanian community.  It is with great joy that we are able to grow and offer local job opportunities within our hometown.  With that said, we are thrilled to introduce you to Cara Wolfe, our new Customer Service Assistant!

Cara is originally from Rochester, but moved to Ellwood City when she was just 5 years old. We consider ourselves lucky to have this Lincoln graduate spending her days alongside us as she has remained in Ellwood City with her Mom and brother.

She is no stranger to working for a local small business – you might recognize her from working for our neighbors, New Dimension Comics. As our new Customer Service Assistant, Cara is on the front lines and often serves as the first point of contact for our customers.  You will find her located at the front of our retail store answering phone calls, taking orders, and checking out customers.  But that’s not all.  She is also diligently working to create online stores, manage invoices and respond to customer emails.

“I love how flexible and chill the work environment is, even though we are busy a lot of the time.” Cara adds

This Girl’s Got Talent!

Not only is she a hard worker, but she is a true gamer and does digital art in her spare time (mostly character design).  She’s also an avid fan of K-pop!

When we asked her about her most memorable job here so far, this is what she had to say…

“My most memorable job would probably be when I was still relatively new to the job and got put in charge of putting together orders for like 7 fall-ball teams at once! My manager was out for vacation and it was a lot, but I got it done, and right! Yay! I think it was the most memorable because it was the first big project I got to do on my own. You know what they say – you always remember your firsts!”
