Sales/Printing Assistants: Noah Borison and Luca Botti

Meet our dynamic duo!

Say Hello to Noah Borison and Luca Botti! There are so many moving parts at Venezie Sporting Goods, and none of it would be possible without these two! As Sales/Printing Assistants, Noah and Luca do it all. If you ever get a glimpse behind-the-scenes at the store, these two men are usually working non-stop.

Born and raised in Ellwood City, Noah is a 2018 graduate of Lincoln High School. He played Basketball, Football, and Track & Field for the school, so we are excited to have another passionate sports player on board!

Whether he is on the field, at the track, or on the court, Noah exhibits a strong drive and dedication, and it equally shows through his daily grind at Venezie’s. While he has only been with us since last June, his work ethic has been invaluable to the store’s processes. Noah handles deliveries for the store’s bigger jobs and recycles screens so they can be reused in our screen printing division, which can be quite the task depending on the condition of the screens after use. He is also known to lend a hand anywhere he can, regardless of the job. This was most evident in his most memorable experience, where he put together a conference area for management and team meetings; the space even serves an area for private design consultations with current and potential customers. When asked about his favorite aspect about working at Venezie’s, he gives credit to his coworkers; when you are surrounded by people that work well together, it makes all the difference and the job even more fun and rewarding.

While he is not working, Noah enjoys riding quads and hanging out with his friends. In the Fall, he will be attending Butler County Community College, where he will major in Secondary & Special Education, with a concentration in Social Studies.

Next up, another Ellwood native – Luca Botti! Not only is Luca a fellow coworker of Noah’s, but they are also former classmates! Luca played Football and Basketball for Lincoln and joined the Venezie team in June 2017, working diligently ever since. His main tasks are also executing deliveries for the larger orders and carrying out the screen recycling process for the screen printing division of the store.

Venezie’s has high standards for a job well done at every stage of the production process. With all of the custom screen printing orders the store receives, efficiency is vital, and a lot of this process starts with Luca. One screen can take up to 45 minutes to clean and prepare for its next use, so being both diligent and particular is something Luca has excelled at; this enables the next team member to create quality custom work when it’s time to screen print the designs. While he enjoys the independent nature of his role, when asked about his favorite part of working at Venezie’s, it was no surprise that it is because his sister, Vanessa Venezie (Mgr), is his boss!

In his spare time, Luca enjoys playing sports, particularly basketball and football. Other hobbies include playing XBOX and hanging out with his friends. Come Fall, Youngstown State University is where Luca will be attending college; here he will be studying Electric Utility Technology.

Please join us in thanking Noah and Luca for all of their help and more importantly, sending them a huge “Congrats” and “Good Luck” in their endeavors this Fall!
